Mauve and lavender hues? Always! This color palette is one that will forever make our hearts flutter. This editorial (featured on Wedding Sparrow) includes delicate florals and an outdoor tabletop in our signature mauve color palette.

My hope in designing this editorial was to combine clean, minimalist lines with soft but lush floral, creating a romantic and refined setting. The structured lines of the table were balanced with delicate colors and a variety of texture showcased within the floral arrangements.

Oftentimes purple can be viewed as harsh and one-dimensional, so I aimed to create a subtle palette of lavender, mauve, and dusty rose with ivory and golden touches. The location provided a natural and serene backdrop adding to the simplicity of the scene.

The delicacy of the shoot was carried over into the bridal robe as well as the wedding gown. We wanted to ensure that both inspired modesty with gentle movement. Because the models are engaged, we capitalized on their genuine affection and playfulness for each other. Each element contributed to the pure and serene concept of the editorial.
